The refund or exchange of the metal product (Zipbolt, Iron Balusters, handrail brackets, etc.) must have the original package, kept in good condition,  and the invoice within 21 days of purchase, and subject to 20% of the restocking fee. 3. Cutting service is not available for standard treads, risers, and plywood. 4. Over 6 feet of materials are not available in delivery. 5. “Backorder” means a process of 5-6 business days. We may need more time to process some specific backorders of the special orders. 6. The shipping cost on the checkout page is an interior test (NOT COMPLETE).
