Warranty What does the warranty cover? The 12 month warranty covers frame, handlebar, front, folding front fork assembly, folding switch assembly, spring wire harness, riser, chassis light wire harness, rear fork assembly, charging port, chassis metal cover The 6 month warranty covers motor, battery, controllers, meter, charger, dial brake, dial throttle Other parts that suffer wear and tear from usage are not covered under the warranty, unless defective on arrival, such as the grip cover, hadnle sleeve, front and rear fenders, front and rear tail lights, front and rear fork shells, folding decorative cover, reflective sticker, chassis plastic cover, foot support, or the rubber plug. What does the warranty not cover? Accidents, wear and tear or consumables (such as brake pads, plastic components, spokes, rims, brake cables, and surface scratches), incorrect maintenance, misusage, non-authorized repairs, customer or third-party customizations, water damage, inflicted damage (either volunatry or accidental), parts that show damage (scratches or breaks), etc. How can I use the warranty? To initiate a warranty request, email us at [email protected] with your order number, an explanation of the issue and parts involved, and illustrative images and/or videos of it please. We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed. Please do not send your product for repair without previous approval from us. If a warranty request is first approved and deemed valid, and after receiving it in our warehouse and further inspection it is deemed not valid, you will be liable for the round trip shipping costs, ranging between €100 to €300. As long as the parts are still available, we will always offer you options to repair your product at a cost, and we will always provide you with free customer service assistance throughout the lifespan of the product, independent from the warranty duration. Our return policy allows customers to return products up to 30 days after receipt.
